Use this for any meat, poultry or fish, even veggies would be yummy. Marinade overnight or at least 1 hour and grill. If you use this for fish or veggies just marinade for 1 hour.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 inch piece of ginger sliced 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup oil

Directions:

  • 1. Mix ingredients and marinade
