These are great as a snack or even better on salads.
Ingrediants:
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 egg whites beaten until frothy 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- 1. Beat egg whites until frothy
- 2. Add sugar
- 3. Add walnuts and toss until completely coated
- 4. Add salt
- 5. Bake on 350 for 10 minutes per side, turning once
