Avocado Cream Cheese Toast - Gluten Free Optional

This is such a great healthy snack. I love it in the middle of the day or sometimes I have this for lunch. Avocados are a great source of vitamin E,C,B6,B5,K, Potassium and Folate. More information at: authoritynutrition.com
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 slices of bread (GF, I like Canyon Bakehouse, so far it’s the best GF bread I have found. You can find it at WholeFoods)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- I avocado sliced (per 2 slices of toast)
- 1/2 teaspoon drizzle of either truffle oil or good quality olive oil per toast
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. toast bread
- 2. smear with cream cheese
- 3. layer on avocado to cover toast
- 4. drizzle with oil
- 5. Salt and pepper
