Asian Sauté Baby Broccolini - Gluten Free Optional

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon canola oil or any neutral oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
- I pound baby broccolini or any baby leafy green will work
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, Tamari if you are GF
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- I splash hot chili oil (optional)
Directions:
- 1. Heat wok or sauté pan on med heat until hot
- 2. Add oil
- 3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds
- 4. Add baby greens
- 5. Add soy and chicken stock
- 6. Sauté with lid on for 5 minutes
