Asian Dressing with Tahini - Gluten Free Optional

This Dressing is so delish and super fast to make. It is also great as a dip with veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use Tamari Soy Sauce for GF)
- 2 tablespoon tahini (this is easy to find in most grocery stores but if not you will definitely find it in a middle eastern store)
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Directions:
- In a blender or food processor blend shallot and rice wine vinegar
- Add all other ingredient but oils and blend for 30 seconds
- While blender is on add oils in a slow stream
- Add to salad
